At UtsavArts, every Rakhi and product is carefully curated and packed with love. As we aim to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure a smooth delivery experience, we follow a strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy.

1. No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, especially during the festive season. Therefore, cancellation requests after the order is placed will not be accepted.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any orders, except in cases where the product received is incorrect or damaged (refer to point 3 below).
Refund requests made for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or delivery delay will not be entertained.
3. Exceptions: Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@utsavarts.com with:
Order ID
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review the case. If approved, we may offer:
Replacement of the product
Or store credit for future purchases (no cash refund)
4. Important Notes
Minor variations in color, design, or packaging will not be considered as defects and are not eligible for return/refund. Slight differences are natural in handmade or screen-based product representation.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, resulting in failed delivery, no refund or cancellation will be applicable.
